Anyone been into Silver Mines lately?

Highly doubtful with the active Avalanche activity last weekend and cloudy weather. It wasn't 2 weeks ago I was in there setting a lot of remote triggers off. With double digit weather all this week it should be nice consolidated snow for this weekend.

Anyone been into Silver Mines lately?

Spent two days riding in at the MINES.....
EPIC snow and trail !!! Not the best vis, but had a blast anyways. Tore up a few gullies in amoungst the trees and had a chance to run as far back as I've ever been before !!!
Rode with a few guys both days and we all had a blast. Trail is getting a little rough in places, but overall it was a wicked trip in there.

Snow was really good above 2000m yesterday in that vicinity. Get out there while you can.

Never been in this area, rode Silent area losts in the past. With any luck I'll convince my cousin to go for a ride this weekend. How much dirt riding on the sled before snow?

Rode the mine on Sunday. Drove right to the first avy path up Vermont, unloaded and had to ride a bit of grass and gravel but did get to snow in the first mile or so. Awesome!!!
