Thats great they will spring for new sliders. Did they mention anything about running scratchers or breaking them in? I know no one ever does it, but there is actually a procedure for breaking in new sliders/hyfax.....something about getting them hot and then cooling rapidly by kicking snow on them, then repeat a few times...supposed to make them more heat and wear resistant. This would be impossible for most guys to be disciplined enough, but if a guy has to ride the roads it might be easier than replacing hyfax all the time.

Yup i'm happy with Turples also. I lost a bolt with the aluminum block for adjusting your track and they said they would take care of it at my 10hr service. The little things do count!

I lost that part too, but my dealer never mentioned anything about warranty covering it. Had to pay. Sounds like that is a good dealer.

Only time I had a bad time was for an insurance claim, sales and financing have been amazing. And when turple himself shakes your hand after a sale makes me go back. Just that one time I had issues makes me not want to use the service department

sent while I'm probably at work
