Question for the S&M brain trust.

I'm not usually one to hop onto other's sleds but I rode my cousin's on sunday and man does it feel different than mine.
I'm on a '13 163, stock
His is a '14 154, stock (minus clutch)
His is easy as can be to lay over and initiate sharper maneuvers which is something I have been struggling to get down with mine. Hell, I honestly found it easier to ride my REV I think...
What have you guys done to set yours up? I'm 6'3", 210lbs. I'll have to check my skid adjustments and get back to you but I have the front shocks on 1 and the T-Motion has not been locked out (first thing I confirmed)

Skis the same??

My 14 163 xmx was setup as this

Sway bar still in, shocks on 3 front, skid shock front with sled on ground, loose as possible with it just snuged up, limit strap tightened up one from stock, rear springs set to 4-5 on stock springs and fat kid riding it

Well, his are green and mine back but unless there's some magic sauce in them

I'll take a peak at my skid tonight see where it's at. Thanks!

Went out to my parents farm by New Norway. My son is so pumped to start riding. The RX-1 has been perfect for him to learn throttle control and is very stable. Couldn’t get enough.

Adjusted as suggested and took it to Fernie for a day.
Hard to say as we didn't get to play in much snow worth playing in but it may have improved, I'll wait till I get into some deeper stuff to make any other changes.

Three day trips to Fernie in three weekends is a lotta driving.
At least this time I was lucky enough to get cinnamon buns from Cinnobear in Coleman.

Haven't caught a creek in two seasons so I decided this time I needed a two pack. Tree and a creek.

So with the introduction of the Maytryx trail sled, and the inevitable RMK to follow in that chassis, will people still refer to the XM chassis as a converted trail sled? Asking for a friend haha
