5 AM? How about noooo!... pancake houses are not even open and if I am cooking brekkie, I might up and moving by 7 am. Be at parking lot by 9. Ride hard til 4 PM. That is a good day for a 50 yo dude like me.
Wraps.... I think is a personal thing, I like plain and understated stock look. Maybe some colored accessories. Some wraps look to me like someone ate a bunch of skulls and then puked it all over the sled. Maybe if all the wraps were not trying be a statement....? They would be less obnoxious looking. My thoughts only... :)

Who wrote the article though? There's a lot of tongue-in-cheek going on in that mag sometimes :p

I like to be in the parking lot early, at the latest 8. When you ride with me you're gonna need all the daylight you can get to make up for the stucks.

As for wraps...I've seen a few unique ones (the Coors sled, the one that looks like a topographical map) otherwise 9/10 times they're too gaudy for me.

Good morning..................all the snow on the rocks has melted. Even the north facing slopes are bare and maybe the grass may have a little growth spurt with this warm start to October.

Completly random. I wouldn't plan or bet on any one place. Sorry no sure things for early snow. Play it by ear otherwise you will be disappointed if you book ahead.

I agree and particularly with this up-coming winter. I'm hoping for early November but I sure wouldn't book hotels and such until I knew there was snow on the ground.

If LHF is really on the dating thing....................he won't care about snow!

We'll make it happen. I really enjoy the Fernie area and I'd like to focus on one area this winter.
