I agree. The last 3 plus years have sucked

I have a friend in Edm, that puts bark busters on every sled he owns. No pics

I used to use hand guards but now that I don't have to ride in -20C it isn't a requirement. I have developed enough skills in the trees that I don't really need them there either.

We all have one of those but the Bark Busters are non-evident and irrelevant in that situation.

Bark busters will not help in a scorpion scenario. I went for a little ride on the dirt scooter and was happy to have them after having a few branches glance off them, rather than take the brunt on the ol knuckles... thanks for the cool pic

We had 1/10" last night for a total of 3 and 1/10 this whole summer. Sure hope this isn't an indication of the precip in the next 6 months.

Smoke seems non-existent but that all depends on the winds.

We are getting the lightning strikes in the Kootenay Region now but they sure are on top of them fast. Seem to only last a day or two and they are out and off the map.

There is so much of it that it will take days/weeks to get it all over there.......

Just think, you won't have to go camping now to get the campfire smell. Just sit around the back yard and voila!
