Just curious how wide some of these stock sleds are at the front of the running boards, since everyone's into going narrow. I narrowed mine up myself, and curious to see where i stand on the width. Since i cant necessarily ride, may as well wrench
better just ride instead
I Can't ride yet, I still have restrictions from an accident in October.

Bummer. I'm half wounded from a yard sale I hosted on the Swansea Firehall trail on New Years Eve. Wrenching now... Maybe more than half wounded? What did you do?
Drunk driver blew a red light when I was on my way to work in October. Been off since. Hips and lower back are not doing that well but steadily improving according to the chiropractor. Guy was going 80km/h and I broadsided him and it whipped me around 180 and almost pulled me out of my seatbelt to the passenger side. Both airbags went off but I never even touched the one in front of me because I went to the side so fast. Stretched and hurt my lower back muscles on the left side. Hips have been out since the accident oct 14. I already sold one of my sleds because there's no point in it sitting losing value. But I want to be in Revy by the end of the month. That's why I've been trying to wrench a little at a time. I narrowed my sled 1-1/2 on each side. So at the front of the running boards outside of the plastic it's down to 34"/35" and the widest part is 35"/36" on the panel a little further up.
What happened at the yard sale? Did you smash your sled and donated parts to the trail?
