Yeah price is part of the reason Im looking there. Revy is kinda over priced IMO.
Looking at some places in Sic too. But Id like to have an acreage though

Edit: No Im looking at 2 different places. A bit off the Highway. Havent seen them in person yet, just on MLS.
There's one a few houses down from me

Sweet place, Cambie solsqua road

Looking at Malakwa actually. A few acres and a house& shop. Might work part time, ride part time. I could work as a guide all winter, but I need to take courses to make it happen and my real job pays better... Kind of up in the air right now.
Great location in Malakwa, just have to deal with the locals. The place looks like a banjo trailerpark.

Just to add a new twist to this thread, I've started the pre-season "training" routine. Callisthenics for the legs with sets of single leg swats and the tread mill. A week is behind me already.

I can't wait!

We will be doing our Sundre trip in (or near to) Family day 2016 at BearBerry cabins. Should anyone be interested it would be a wicked group sled. 6 of us currently go and rent one cabin but there are 4 or 5 other cabins. You can sled right out the door of the cabins. No mountains but still a lot of fun.

If anyone is interested, the more the merrier!

Me too, running stairs, jogging the field, and doing hops on the bleachers. First time I've worked out in years I'm afraid.

No absolutely love it. Just think I like buying and selling as much as riding. Fun trying out new things. Only thing I dont like about the turbo is it makes everything too easy. Sounds dumb i know, but it really takes the challenge out of most terrain. I think one of the funnest sleds I have ever had was my 2010 xp with a high compression head and a tonne of lightwieght parts. Would probably go back in that direction if I did sell mine.
I feel the exact same as you with my vehicles and toys.. I have no problem financially upgrading my XP, but man I love how lightweight and powerful this thing is! I hate the idea of paying $6-8k for a sled that is heavier, less power and same or less handling (since this XP has all the XM doo-dads already).

Haha, pulling wrenches since '92 the only thing I need to work on is cardio. I'm gonna try hooking up to one of my kids bikes and pull the around, do legs at the same time

Your profile says you have a Polaris quad. Your cardio should be just fine with all that walking lol

Thatd be cool, we could be neighbors! Just dont give me too hard of time for how I tie down my sled. Haha:beer:

Lol yeah, Thats ok Ill fit right in! haha. The places Im looking at are down some back roads, away from the run down area.
Not really in the heart(or in this case azz) of Malakwa

Pretty secluded, just what Im looking for. And behind the place is crown land, MT Griffen would be my back yard:)
