Any all girl clinics you guys put on or know of? Price and locations? I would like to take my girlfriend to a clinic where she can learn with good female riders and build confidence etc, she's learning quite will with us but she feels pressured and gets nervous a lot and I think it'd be a lot of fun for her. Thanks in advance

Chris Brown is talking about doing an all ladies clinic in McBride. Tentative plans are for March 2nd weekend with a special female guest teacher (that I am really excited about!) in the works. Not sure if he has put it on his website yet.

Also, most BETTIES events are "no cost" except your own travel gas hotel etc... So if you find a date, just show up we have about 8 BETTIE'S in PG and we ride together a fair amount. You are welcome to hop over and check the scenery. Our husbands would be more than willing to show you some scenery while we get some laughs and learns in with the lady PM me if you are interested. McBride is doable for us too!!

I would say Stephanie Laroy would be my choice. Located right in Revelstoke. This girl rocks and is a great teacher with a lot of years riding. A private lesson would be my choice. More one on one time.

We do a ladies clinic every month through the winter.

Quite a few options out there now. SheShreds Mountain Adventures, LaNina Sled Camp…they both do women's clinics. We'll have a few clinics after the end of Jan. via our Betties group in Golden, Elkford, Creston, and possibly McBride, and we can offer some individual instruction, one on one. Depends on the level of experience what is best for her. Shoot me a message, I can keep you updated on what we're doing and any other clinics I hear of.

Most of the Betties rides often include the guys too You'd be more than welcome to shred with the guys while she gets accustomed to going it alone. If she feels she wants to go it alone, we always have lots of capable support. Hope to see you both this winter.

I dont know if tina has the patience for it either ... she already tried when we had her in renshaw ... ya know tina can be a bit of a hard ass at times lol ... but I do want to get her riding with you girls ... maybe we will all have to meet in mcbride sometime this year

Aha! I see Renshaw can be intimidating... Did you guys try Belle at all? I have a **** tonne of patience for newbs because I remember how I felt and i also remember the people who had the patience when I was freaked out and letting my nerves kill me, or who cheered me on when I accomplished a new skill, no matter how easy and trivial it was. I can help your gal, even if all we accomplish the first day is to get her to relax and get hooked on the scenery!

No wr were going ride Lucille the next but ended up going home ... we didnt go very far in renshaw we kept it to the tame areas close to the cabin ..... I should also correct myself tina isnt that much of a hard lol but its hard to try and teach someone when you know them cause I think you expect more from them !! ... well once I get home from and and maybe get a game plan I'll get in touch with ya
