I want to do some work on my 05 sled and I want to learn more about the workings of it all. I do most of my own work on dirtbikes and some on my other vehicles but not familiar with snow machines yet and I certainly want to be able to fix problems trailside if needed.
With that in mind I would like to see if there are any knowledgable guys in the Okotoks area who would want to do paid work in my shop while I helped/learned. I have a good shop with most tools and willing to buy whatever speciality items I don't have. I am 5 minutes north of Okotoks.

Just looking at the work for the track change and it wouldn't it make sense to do the gear change at the same time...?

X2. You have to pull the bottom gear anyhow so you may as well figure out what you want to do for gearing and do it at the same same time. Mind you, it ain't that big a deal to do the gearing after either but to each his own.....

Looks like i am going to tackle this work myself. Need to learn and better to do it in the shop than on the trail. Thanks for the advice.
