Fortunately I don't travel much so my stuff is almost always at home. When at home I have multiple layers of security so yes in theory they could get it but they're going to need a lot of time and make a lot of noise which will alert my attentive neighbours if I'm not around.

On the road lots of locks and make the truck immobile with creative measures.

anything that uses a cell signal is useless for the pro thief.....a cell phone jammer can take care of that! I have my yard covered with motion cameras that e-mail my smart phone if anything moves in the yard! oh and make sure your cameras are hard wired so the signal can not be jammed! plus my sleds are less than a foot from my bedroom window. They have a string tied to them and every night I tie the string to my big toe! LOL it sucks when **** goes missing.......I think we should put 6 guys in a enclosed sled trailer......and park it in a not so safe place......the thief will have to open it sometime!

Some one stole my friends Iphone,, it had a tracking device app... Lets just say we got it back. Need something like that on my sled....

Ran into a GPS device similiar to that this weekend. A hunter almost lost his 68 y/o father last year because he got lost in the bush. This year they put a GPS tracker on his quad without him knowing and they were able to track where he was at any point during the day. Now wouldn't that be a handy tool to use to track down fekin thieves location. Imagine their surprise...

I've got two cable locks that I bought from motorcycle stores that are alarmed. One is a thick cable that would be a nightmare to cut, and its triggered by motion. Once its armed, if you move or wiggle it it goes off. Then the other one I have is a little thinner (but still would be hard to cut) but once its armed, if you cut it it goes off. Both were relatively cheap for the peice of mind they give.
Also have a sensor on my driveway at home that I turn on. If it senses any movement in my driveway an alarm goes off in my bedroom. At that point theres a nice little .357 that someone will probably be staring down the barrel of.
