Maxwell, I vote you to be the first to try out Rowdy's workout routine...... let us know how it goes...... make sure someone is there to dial 9-1-1 if required.

Looks like a good one. I find superjacks and jump knee tucks always notch it up. Those are killer on the cardio. Or break up a run with 25 push ups, 25 sit ups and 25 jump knee tucks - do 3 sets of them on a run. For me the jump knee tucks are always toughest and get the sweat rolling.

My excuse is: I'm fat, and have no motivation to work out after working.

Normally i'd agree with you, but the last day at work before being off hurt my arm actually gave out on me and may require surgery to fix it. So yes right now, working out IS impossible.

But for information I am actually getting back into the gym once the shoulder is good enough to.....

There are other muscle groups and exercises...

Friends don't let friends miss leg day ;p

Lol I could do legs yes, but that's about it and legs are not a problem area. I asked my doctor about getting back on the treadmill, and even that is a no go until I get a MRI to figure out what's wrong. Pretty much stuck to physio and other then that as much rest as possible. A little more waiting won't matter, haven't been to the gym in 5 years it's been a while! Always said working construction is enough, it is enough most days but want to do more.

I still wouldn't go nearly as crazy as Rowdy though.......

Would running to fridge for another beer instead of walking be considered to be amping up my training routine??:p I started getting light headed and cramping up just reading that routine. Awesome dedication for those of you that can maintain that kind of drive to stay fit!!!
