Planning on coming out to Vale or Blue River next week. What are the rules for sled decks in B.C. The deck is mounted on a 3500 Chevy truck with single wheels. Is this allowed or are we looking for trouble. Thanks for the help.

Should be ok, just make sure all your marker lights work and if your sled sticks out more than 1.4M from the rear truck bumper, you put a red light on it. It isn't East Germany.

At least you are using an f350. That one ton in the picture is probly not over the legal weight limit of the truck. Unlike all the 1/2 tons with sled decks, two sleds, spare fuel. gear and a passenger. Add a trailer to that and you are really looking for a fine, nevermind if you get in an accident and have no insurance for overloading the unit past legal load limit.

Looks questionable to me, should have put it on backwards and voila good to go!

Haha this is wicked, the sled in the center was a rental I had to rent so I could borrow the secondary and throw on my sled the hcr on the right. It's surprising, we did this last year so we could get back to summit river lodge , good riding buddy's place the summit river lodge, greatest place we have stayed Ever! They treat us great and can't wait to go back again, and spin drifters in mcbride was great! Helped out with parts and had a rental ready outside waiting by the time we got there!

this is my truck last year due to break downs and desperate measures , we had to do what we could to make it all work, i assure there was no way for that sled to come off , plus it makes for a bad ass picture and puts those chevy boy scouts to shame.. also the old ford didnt even notice it was still riding 1 ton rough !
I mean come on where is your Red light or flaggin to make this safe!

What's wrong with it? The deck stood up to a trip to nfld, trip in the ditch and it harpooned my trailer and still works!
