catmando: when you attached your deck, do you use the f350 hooks in the box???

Summitric,Yes I do,at first they didnt seem solid enough but I use turnbuckles and had no problems.Last year in Golden I had two sleds on the deck and two on a trailer behind me and hit the ditch, nothing moved so I'm convinced there alright.I still check them regularly just in case!

f350 deck holddown

Hey Catmandoo: Thanks, I attached mine on the inbox factory hooks too. Seems okay, and I turnbuckled them too. Doesn't appear to be as solid as my old Dodge 1ton, but seems to do the trick. Loaded my 1000 summit, with no problems, and drove about 300kms with it. nothing loosened up.
Thanks Ric
p.s. stay out of the ditch, unless its on a sled(and not in Strathcona county, or they hand out tickets!!);)
