Here’s what we used - works better then i expected. All modular easy to remove and store in box.

That's a slick design. Is it far enough back so you can drop the tailgate?

What you guys using to stop these flip out extensions from bouncing? Ended up cracking both legs, gonna have to give Neil a bug. Annnnnd anyone have a few pieces of glides they want to sell so i don't rip up the wood on this small extension. :d

It looks like it may already be done. There is the large hole on the side rail, is there a small hole behind it?

I drilled a hole in both sides of my side rails and through the extension. Then your Clevis pins to pin the extension when it’s flipped out.
