Skidoo rev belt problems?

I have a 05 skidoo summit rev and it goes throught so many belts anybody have the same problem or a solution

Clutch alignment.

If not that:
check bearings in chaincase and skid
check secondary to make sure its not wound too tight
check brake is not hanging up
check primary spring and ensure its not broken or worn out, leading to slippage at engagement and belt heat and excessive wear

On top of what Modman says, make sure you have some cool air going in there. The REV traps in heat something terrible and if you don't have them, your sled would benifit from some vent kits.

if it is the alignment a cheap fix is the 20$ floating secondary spacer.

Duck on the site used to make and sell them. I got two from him and the one I put on my 06 really hepled.

check all the specs on your 2ndary ...

if thats not it I'd be very surprised ...

well maybe a bearing ...
