Came out last year but only for the 154. It pivots the rear idlers up so it has an approach angle in reverse.

Ive seen far less problems this season with chain cases than belt drives.... just saying.

I thing the reason for this is the piss poor clutching that doesn't put the power through to the track.
Makes rpm but no pull . Buzz and no grunt .
Geared so low that belts last to compensate for the poor clutching.
Rode a few of them and IMO they suck.
Good to keep the mass's happy which it does.

Its a new accessory... NEW - Ski-Doo »

But this year they have it for 154, 163 and 174. But basically yea... Someone mentioned that it will make for a smoother trail ride on the way up and down... but I dont think at the speeds the average person does that it will really make a difference lol.

Youre not allowed to ask that. Just go into a supporting vendor and start developing a relationship. Dont worry about the cost.

As Deaner says dont worry about the cost. Just go to Martin Motor Sports Edmonton South Side location and ask for Trent Fleming. He needs the money to pay for all the stupid s**t he buys me when he is drunk.

So saying that a belt drive is no where near as reliable as a chain then

The reason I went to belt back when was I was breaking chains as soon as I went to 174.
Haven't wrecked a belt since so you tell me?
I can only go buy what I have been through or seen first hand.
The extended cases with hyvo gears and chains from what I seen didn't stand up either with 174 x 3 inch .
Seen that first hand as well and switched it to belt.
