a bit more money but they work nice
as for a patent they are bluffing I did a search Canada and US and nothing not even a registered trade mark
anyway these are not the same as they are red not yellow haha

I agree there totally diffrant. I also noticed the hook on the ski loop is 5/32 shorter and the wheels come with a standard bolt instead of a metric one which get you out of any legal battle.

Gotta make a genuine/unthinkable/rare/unique/marketable improvement to the product not to encroach on their patent, this is subjective, so it's at the patent office's discretion. SAE vs. metric bolts ain't gonna cut it.

Watch the video, they edit/cut multiple times just as he hits the transition from the ramp to the trailer deck going forward and back, etc.

I wonder how would a carabiner welded to the front, so it latched to the ski loop would do?

They are a great product and have stood up very well, no issues with the wheels which is their claim to fame I have not replaced a wheel yet and have sold hundreds of sets. They work on all terrain but best on packed gravel/pavement/concrete etc, anything frozen is awesome!
