CONTROLLED RECREATION AREA

A Controlled Recreation Area license of occupation is the legal mechanism that gives the right to the Developer to control access and use by other persons within the defined boundaries of the CRA. The CRA enables the Developer to:
Non-motorized use such as hiking and biking is welcome.
Motorized vehicles including snowmobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, cars and trucks are not permitted within the Mountain Resort Controlled Recreation Area.
Any persons entering this area for the purpose of motorized recreation will be considered trespassers within the resort CRA.
Hunting, trapping, and shooting activities are also not permitted within the CRA.
the thing is that a snowmobile tour buisness also has this area listed on their webside and shows a map which crosses the cra. it also states they have a 30 yr tenure to use this area. the snowmobile buisness has not guided or used this trail for about 10 yrs and only a few locals use it. so how does this all work? i have been warned and dont want to get my season pass at the resort revoked as well. im also a home owner at the resort.
thanks for any input.
