hopefully some of the people that dont strap down their ramps read this thread and change the way they load their pleasure vehicle
Well it's no wonder that the ramps slipped. He had the ramps on hard ground and he had no momentum going up the ramps. You always have to tie them down in a situation like that. A little common sense would have averted his mishap. When I was reading all this this was the vido going through my head to post

I've never liked the ramp setup as it is to begin with anyone who isn't afraid of not strapping these ramps has never had a atv flip over on them.
I had just a Trike flip back on me when I was younger and it HURT bad . I had a soar neck for along time and it was so heavy it pinned my helmet to the ground for along time under the bars took me quite some time to even flip it off me.. then I had to get it running again with a soar neck in the middle of no where..
now imagine your on a 850XT polaris .. You flip off the ramps it lands on you.. your alone and off in the middle of no where.. There is 3 things that can happen here.. 1 your pinned and end up laying there until you die.. 2 you die right away 3 you barely escape with your darn life..
Chain em/ strap em up every time imho.
This starts another discussion about HEAVY atv's and the direction we are pushing the industry in.. the heavier these things get imho the more dangerous they get. a bike you can get away from in a crash a ATV you can not.
