Silent was good today. About a foot of fresh. Will be tracked up by tomorrow Didn't see any avy activity Couple stucks were had

Road is frozen in the morning and mud in the afternoon.

Parking past the 46 km

Trail in is ok. Smoother at the freezing levels

Had an awesome day in Silent. Late start due to having to replace upper a-arm on a T3 in the morning. Hit the staging area at 1pm.

The trail was great. Not many riders on hill so lots of snow to be found. About a foot in most places.
I doubled a Newby girl up the waterfall, all the guys started to explore...five minutes later we have two sleds in the creek, same time two areas. Yep one was our trusted "stuck" rider Cam...lol. It took us 45 minutes to get them out.

I managed to tangle with a small tree, a few rolled sleds and an absolute blast was had by our group of 7

That's about right. I went with the one hour version for now and then I'll complete the additional hour back in Edmonton...lol

Haven't been out there but you'll be able to find snow at silent still might have to drive up a little bit tho. We went by quartz yesterday going to sicamouse and looks like there still riding from the parking lot but not for long.

It's slush fest 2016 from what I heard about on Sunday. heat wave rolling through golden this week. it's disappearing quickly now.
