I built a similar cat/dog house(as Camo's) for my sister's animal's.2 story,wired for light's under the sofet's.
Heated,insluated floor,walls,ect. Time frame for build and budget went Way,Way off track.
Roof pivots both directions.to the left it opens up into the dog house,to the right the floor of the 2'nd story
stay's and the roof open's up to access the cat house for cleaning.
Both upper and lower level have a 2' X 4' deck for animals to sit outside,but still have rain protection.

Here is the cat front door and deck almost finished

Cat's can either jump from the ground up onto the front deck or use the
rear stairs to the back door

opened up the roof after we towed it into place to install gasket material
to seal possible draft's between the floor of the second story and the main roof.

Haha. I built something really similar as well. Again.....went way over the original budget. Has electricity, lights, heat, fully insulated. Need the friggin skidsteer to move the thing.

Just bought my little man a Suzuki ltz 50.
He's a little young right now ( 16 months ) but should be ready to learn next year. Found a good deal on it and couldn't pass it up.

Just a FYI
If you have a 5 gallon pail laying around! Fill it half with cash and the other with food then drive to the dump and toss...... Just so you get in-tune with throwing away both on a regular basis!

Sleep when he does and don't be afraid to kick people out of house so you or your wife can sleep! You'll thank me in 6 months!

He's an awesome sleeper so far... I work so the gf lets me et my sleep and she keeps his schedule
