how do you determine the best settings for the spring adjustments on a arctic cat mud pro ,there are 5 settings on the front and rear but no info on how to set up for best ride,does the weight of the rider come into play or the type of terrain you are riding any help would be greatful:d

for the best ride on adjustable shock like on your mud prob you would wanna loosin the sping just look at the adjuster nut and set it on the lowest setting that should give you the best ride when you cranck the adjuster nut up you tightin the spring giving you a stiffer ride.. I have my shocks sett up pretty stiff on my brute seems to handel better IMOP I just kept playing with the shocks on my brute untill I was happey with how its worked.
