I don't really care if they waste their time while their gas furnace is just a chugging away.....I just relish in the thought that I never have to burn the ol' natural gas!

My back account is healthy, the exercise provides health to the body, and the bonus is that it is a nice even warmth that penetrates the old bones to the marrow!

As for the beavers, I did a study on them once and never even gave a thought about them getting sick but you might be correct with the statement......eating wood is good for you.
