Hi there everyone. A friend of mine spent a whole bunch of money getting his 136" 2010 back country X extended out to 155". The shop also put on the Summit front end. He took it out once last year and it was so bad that he really didn't enjoy the mountains.

I tried it for a few minutes before we loaded up last year to see what he was experiencing. Unfortunately there was no fresh snow for our weekend out. What I did notice was that the front end felt incredibly heavy. It was very tough to turn the bars compared to my 163" Summit and heavier to turn compared to when it was a stock 136".

Is there anything to look at to fix this? The limiter strap is loosened off. Not sure what else to do for him. Hate to see him quit riding because of the way his machine handles now. He doesn't really want to she'll out money for a new machine considering what he's put into this one already. Especially since the machine probably has less than 40 hours on it.
