I am very curious to see how things go. Won’t be until the 14th. Looking forward to having the extra space in my garage too!!

I used RB last year to sell my rzr as there was too many tire kickers and low ballers so I got fed up. Won’t sell on kijiji again for quads people pay more at auctions for them thinking they get some miracle deal I got more than asking on kijiji.

So just as a follow up as a bunch of people have asked. Here are my findings. The cheque took longer then it should have IMO as I told them I would pick it up when it was ready but she mailed it. She even asked which I prefer. Having to drop the machines off and have a sale was nice. Same with not having to deal with idiots on kijiji. Being able to watch the auction online was nice. They run a video on their truck so you can see and hear everything. As for what the machines sold for and what they charged me I doubt Ill ever sell anything at the auction again. Yes I understand it is a risk but I lost out big time. Especially on the sled. It is what it is and I have no regrets as it is a done deal and I am reclaiming the garage space but it is a heads up for anyone looking to take stuff to the auction. Im not sure if I would have done better going to Osman as every auction is different.

I had to basically give away a good sled In April as a private sale too! A buddy did the same in June. no real action until the prices where rock bottom.

Yea always a gamble. Not surprised on the sled, it is summer and anyone buying right now wants a screaming deal. The others should fetch market price even at osmans/micheners, either one wouldn't make much difference. I guess it depends if there was anything unique you expected to get more for that doesn't pan out?

I just picked up a little run around SUV at osmans last weekend gst buyers fee in paid about $4600, kijiji asking prices around $6000-6500, which is what items should fetch at the auction for the increased risk. Having said that, seller ends up with like $3800 which quite a bit less.
