secondary spitting out half keys

Floated my secondary and took it for its first ride and the secondary spit out the half keys. Are the two related or just bad luck? What else would cause this problem?

Half moon keys from where ??

The spring retainers ??

Yeah there the two half moon keys on the back side of the secondary that hold everything together they jumped just about all the way out they got caught before they fell out completely.

they were not in properly is my guess you really have to watch that when you put your secoudary back together
