Hi Brad! Skidoo has a maintenance kit for the clutches that I believe has everything in it you need. Let me know if that is what you need and I can bring it out to Fernie if you need.

Replace the stock rollers with these hi torque rollers. The stock bolts that hold the rollers in are hard to get out so plan ahead and order a couple new ones from doo. They are a torx head.

Maintenance kit is for the primary clutch from doo, never have seen one offered for the secondary clutch unless it's something new.

So what about the secondary sliding sheave bushing? Anybody replace those?

Hi-Torque Rollers


If the rollers are still there you can split them with a chisel then remove the cir clip. The torx screws have thread lock on them so heat them up with a propane torch and they will come out easy.

Domt forget the little spring pin that goes in the bolt unless they stopped that after 14 also be carful not to get any loctite on the roller
