I used it in my outboard that someone borrowed for 15 years and never returned cleaned it up after tons of sprays, in all my small engines i use Aspen Fuel. It is mixed perfect 50 to 1 red jug or straight gas blue jug, it has a shelf life of 15 years.

I had a gummed up throttle on a motorbike, put that ****e in the tank and throttle was instantly better and still good...it really cleans stuff up

Will sea foam dissolve/loosen varnish/wax in fuel bolw's,jets ect?
I'm trying to fire up my bike for its semi anual 15 minutes of run time
and the only way it will run is with 1/2 to full choke, even with idle screw turned in
as far as it will go,it will not run without choke.I assume idle jets are gummed up and
I really dont want to pull 4 carbs off.I drained carbs and filled with straight sea foam through
the main fuel line that branch's off to all 4 carbs.I'll let it sit till tomorrow,am I wasting my time?

Yes it will to a point, just depends how bad it is

I've never had much luck with it if the jets are already plugged. Probably gonna end up having to pull the carbs apart.
