good for you overkill ........... i too saved a dog .... about 3 weeks ago ..... i was taking my garbage out to the ally . when i opened the lid , there he was .... just looking up at me , with a garbage bag tied around his neck .... with his head sticking out ..... i called the cops , then took him too the vet ..... vet says we have to put him down . i said like F$%^k we do , ima taking him home ..... it did not take long to find the owner , thanks to FACE BOOK ......the RCMP are still looking into it ............ little Spike was a mess , with no feeling in his back legs . he is doing great now , walking around a little bit .... a new vet says Spike should make a full recovery
