You might not be so carefree if it was your 30 g tied up and you were not aloud to ride it ! Lol
or worse yet , some one you care about was hurt from a fire ....

But hey it's not your problem ... So who cares ... Right ?

Like I said it's just a machine. Come to the auto world. You know how many vehicle sit on the lot waiting for parts for recalls fawk I did two today. But hey when your 60g car or truck is sitting around and you can't drive no one freaks Their ****. It's how the industry works get used to it, it's getting worse and worse. Machines just money insurance will cover that. If your worried about getting hurt don't ride it.

Not like this is someone trying to fawk someone over. It is something that was missed during r and d and testing. Not every problem can be found during testing it impossible that's half the reason we have recalls and bulituns.

Oh and it has nothing to do with the dealer ship when parts aren't avaliable from the manufacturer one recall that just came out parts won't be avaliable till the 4th quarter of 16. Gotta do what you can.

It is someone screwing over another when a product gets pushed through to delivery when they are told there are still issues with it. Another example is the Remington bolt action rifle. There was a issue with the trigger and the engineer told them it needs to fixed before they sell it. 20 cent fix. They didn't want to spend the money. Now would cost mucho millions. People have actually been killed. This crap happens all the time.

so if you and so many others know this, then whether it's Polaris, Volkswagen or Dyson , why would you buy a first year offering ???

ONLY Polaris has a stop ride /sell ...!No other brand has one , do you fully understand the ramifications of that ?
so legally if you ride it and it burns down , YOU are liable , NO insurance coverage , if you kill some one with it ,YOU are on the hook ...
For instance , like the one that just started the 350 acre forest fire in the USA. Cost hundreds of thousands of $$ to put out ... He was under a stop ride legal notice ... So in other words , legally responsible...!!

That my friend is the difference.....And yes Polaris was still selling them
when they knew of the fire hazard !
That is the main reason why there is going to be a class action law suit ,Against them ...
They simply did not do enough R&D.

I am sure glad I did not buy one , zero issues or recalls on my FIRST year machine ...

The whole point is ....are you ready for this .... Some companies do more R&D and are better at eliminating first year issues than others....
yeah I know , it's sounds just plain crazy ....ehhhh
