I am in favour of this law. We should bring it to Canada. Maybe the Vatican should bring it to law too!

I don't understand the US having this law in place and it's not in Canada. Every day your hearing about a case of abuse against children. I think chemical casteration would definatly be a deterrent for some of these sick pigs!

sounds like chemical casteration is reversable. I think they should lose them all together on first offence as well.

Take em' out back and shoot em'. That might be my mommy voice talking, but I don't think any of this should happen. People make who have the ability to harm a child make me sick. I didn't sleep for days after I read about the 6 week old boy in Calgary who was raped. Yes, raped. It still makes me sick to my stomach.

Could not agree more. I know if anything ever happend to my son I would have no problem spending 25 years in the clink to make sure the pedophile suffered something far worse than a deballing.

I've actually said those words to my husband! I would rather go to jail and save another child than have that sick bastage get his peepee slapped and walk free in 6 months. Besides, the way the justice system is going these days, I'd probably be out in a year. Lol

Reasonable doubt has saved more innocent people than it has let out the guilty.

What's the saying, rather 10 guilty go free than one innocent be convicted? I would advise this not change.
