All I can say is touché. :d

I made a fair post, I'm not being an ass, I'm being me. I explained myself, and I said I'd fight anti quaders with reason... Which you seemed to have missed AGAIN.

Let me say it again, seeing as how you love to wear the big man pants... If quading gets shut down after reasonably reasoning with plenty of reason enough to reason with them reasonably to persuade who needs persuading on this topic to keep quads, mind you, with reason, (Reason being key, as well as plenty of factual facts on why we need to keep quads) and only after that plan fails, will I do what ever the hell I feel like doing.

Now, lets say it together, repeat after me! :d

"If quading gets shut down after reasonably reasoning with plenty of reason enough to reason with them reasonably to persuade who needs persuading on this topic to keep quads, mind you, with reason, (Reason being key, as well as plenty of factual facts on why we need to keep quads) and only after that plan fails, will I do what ever the hell I feel like doing."

And once more for good luck... "If quading gets shut down after reasonably reasoning with plenty of reason enough to reason with them reasonably to persuade who needs persuading on this topic to keep quads, mind you, with reason, (Reason being key, as well as plenty of factual facts on why we need to keep quads) and only after that plan fails, will I do what ever the hell I feel like doing. "

Ok now I'm just having fun...

Thank you, Pal!! :d:beer::beer:

I gave it about as much time as it took you to come up with the "boy" joke in my username. ;)

Well guess no further, I'll admit you did a great educated guess. I actually turned 18 in April.

I am of the understanding that ATV are to help get you into places you wouldn't otherwise get too. This can all be done respectfully, without tearing the sh*t out of the land, running over live trees rather than going around, unnecessarily disturbing the creek or riverbeds, ripping marshlands, etc. I've always had extreme respect and enjoyment going into the backcountry with my family and friends, with our quads and cameras, and have seen many a spectacular site, wildlife, natural hotsprings, waterfalls and more. And have never found the need to rip and tear what was not ours to begin with. We try to leave it the way it was before we entered, albeit for a few tracks, but find it every bit as enjoyable. We make it a practice to p/u garbage we encounter along the way as well and bring it out with us. This way everyone can enjoy it and it's just the way we decided to do things. Just my thoughts.

X2. That is how our group thinks and rides. We stay out of wetlands as much as possible, but if we do have to cross skeg, we try to take the outside as much as we can and go in a straight line.

If trails are banned I will not go on them, like in Jasper and what not, I don't ride there.

I do ride in Cadomine, Swan Hills, Trapper Lea's, Vega, Martin Hills, Lac Bellview, Two Hills, North Buck.

Nobody says I can't ride there, and in Swan Hills and Trapper lea's, your lucky to find a trail that isn't muddy. I pay my 10 bucks a night, and I pick up trash. Why should anyone have a problem with it?

Trapper lea's is full of modded brutes, sportsmans and grizzlies ready for mud. Why should there be a problem?

I just looked through this thread, and its complete BS now. Take my 1st post with a grain of salt... I said "if" mud bogging was banned, then I further explained myself.. Now where the heck did I say I was riding on crown land?

I listed previously where I ride, so far no bans, but I take my quading very seriously. And I'd hate to see it go, I love to ride the mud, but at the same time I'm still a responsible rider.

Now it just looks like you people are using every possible excuse to nail me and call me an "irresponsible young buck" by throwing things out there like "Crown" land even though I never brought it up. Seriously, your blowing every one of my posts way out of proportion.

Everyone here should take their advice and grow up.

riding quads on crown land is like a drivers licence, it is not your right, but a privilage. and can be revoked at any time. if you want to do something voice your concerns to mla, county council etc. or join a club and let a larger number voice there opinion.
but to tell everyone that you will do as you friggin well please just gets people pissed. :nono:

Pretty sure thats public property, but I thought the crown stuff was like Jasper and areas like that where offroad use was prohibited.

Swan Hills, you can still ride, Trapper lea's.. Public mudding.
