Royalty Core Grilles

Quite pleased to report that Royalty Core is taking care of this completely. I got a response from them this morning (which i emailed friday so thats good response time) and it was both detailed and professional. Very impressed, customer satisfaction and there quality of product means something to them. They know exactly what happened and were able to explain the two things that are wrong. Long story short is they had a bad batch of bolts and coating from there supplier. 400series stainless vs t304 & there was carbon in the coating which is also irregular. They are sending me out a complete new set for the grille. Can't argue with that.

The grilles are expensive but these guys are quality. They were quality throughout the build, delivery, follow up and now with this defect. Happy customer once again

I'm not sure jared. as your grilles were made some time after mine your grilles should be proper equipped. perhaps try firing them off an email and ask??

Glad to hear they stuck by there word I was nervous as I have 6 in stock and some custom logos haha. Your truck looks awesome by the way! They were very profesional with myself as well when i was dealing with them so that was awesome! if you are on there site check out custom grille logos mine is on there under castle custom trucks!

Well i help my buddy install a Royalty Core Grill for his wifes truck today awesome grill fit and finish was aweome SORRY JARED I DIDNT KNOW SHE WAS BUYING ONE I WOULD OF SENT HER TOO YOU
