I'm in the market for a enclosed. Shopped around alot of places and did lots of research. Hard to find reviews on the XR Everest edition through flaman. Insulated heated, 110v with windows and vents. Built here in Alberta in lethbridge. I can only fit a 3 place at my house so it fits the bill. It's a high boy 8.5x20 pretty much all the options for 16,000$
thoughts or reviews? Quality walking trough was much nicer then alot I seen over the weekend in Edmonton. Was quoted for a nice build at sws for speakers and all the bells and whistles for 18-19,000... Very hard to find a good review of the quality coming from forest river. Anything you guys/girls can help with decision making is greatly appreciated.

thanks!

I own a xr Cargo they are a well made trailer probably the best in the industry, they are strong and not cheaply built, that's what I'd go with!! P.s anything by forest river is junk I own a travel trailer and it's junk made by forest river we've looked at the cargo units to they aren't much better also stay away from mirage trailers.... Now you ssee it now you don't is the saying take care

I bought a XR last Dec pulls very well but I have had a concern and it is in being repaired right now. One panel on the ceiling inside come loose, they are just held in by 2 sided tape. Both front and rear outside doors panels buldged and poped over the summer. It seems like the panels were cut too long and when they expanded in the summer heat it poped out at the seams, the outside panels are held in by 2 sided tape as well unlike some other screw less type which have actual folded panels which are secured together inside the wall struckture. Flaman was great getting it in for warranty I guess time will tell to see how they repair it. My concern is that the waranty comes off it in Dec and will it happen again once the weather warms up again. I will see if I can find the pics I took and post them.

There is one at the roundabout of highway 11A and 20 (Sylvan Lake) that a guy wants someone to take over the lease. Looks loaded, new and would fit 4 sleds. I could stop and get the number if your interested.

I bought a sws enclosed made by forest river 1 1/2yrs ago. I paid just over 7000 for it and for that price it is ok. The tires were total junk. I have had to replace them already. Would I buy the same thing for 17-20000 loaded? I don't think so. But for an entry base load enclosed they are good.

Thanks, that one is on kijiji. It's without heat or insulation and the 26fter.. But thanks for that.
They have the one that was at the sled show in the north side for 16,000 and 20fter. I'm considering that one or ordering one to my preference.
Really too bad about the double sided tape coming loose. I really hope that doesn't happen again... And I so flaman is there to fix you up.
Thanks for all the help guys.

theres a add currently on kijiji, the same one they tried to convince me with. I have a few friends with sws that said the same thing as you. I want something for atleast a few years so I'm going to pay the extra.

So after going through with dealers and talking to people, I put a deposit on a haulmark with heat... But kinda wondering now after reading a few post on haulmarks. Lots of people said good things then I read a bunch about the screws rotting on the exterior and other small issues like wiring. So not sure now?.. Then he offered a mission trailer which sounded great also then I found a bunch of bad.. But with the 200 trailers they sold maybe a few have problems so I'm very torn.
thoughts??

I can't speak to the haulmark, but I have 3 friends with mission trailers and no complaints from any of them, fit and finish is beautiful, pulls nice. They were all loaded up trailers and only have 1 year on them so as for longevity, don't know yet but so far they have all said the best trailer they have owned.

Oh yeah I know, I don't mind ..long as it is dependable. Just like most guys if I dish out the money I rather know I'm getting a quality product. The mission had a few more options in it. Other than the fact it was aluminum.
They are pretty stylish looking though !

Yeah I've heard a lot of the great reviews and I've considered giving him a msg to see. Generally I seen everyone getting 7 foot wide ones from him but people said 8.5 were available for order. I maybe wrong he might have stock, but I'm looking to aquire a trailer that's in stock and ready to go cause it was a last minute thing before the season started. If I was waiting for half the season and just dealing with a deck then I would probably go that way and see what I could order. Most places said I could special order "whatever" I like but up to 6-8 weeks.. I tacked on about 3 more weeks cause of Christmas and new years build times so I was looking in my mind end of January.. I was going to call the dealer tonight but I slept in for work tonight so tomorrow I'll see what he says about the mission or haulmark and decide. Thanks I'll certainly keep him in mind if this falls through

My XR is awesome, except that the pieces of trim on the inside that joins the roof and walls at 45 degrees fell down on the way to Golden one year, but other that that awesome trailers.
