Mountain magic is not only intrested in big projects. I blew a piston on my 05 rev a couple years ago and didn't have the time or garage to rebuild it myself and they said no problem. They put the RKT drop in kit in it and fixed a few other things and away i went. Awesome guys to deal with and i was more than happy with the performance of the sled....till some a$$hole stole it.

I put a P85 and a Team secondary on my 2000 700 Summit and it will run with my friends 03 800 Summit and 07 800 Cat. Its a pretty good mod if you ask me. But then again who am I?

Yeah and that's kind the point I'm making. Everyone has different ways they like to build things and how they want it to run and perform.

And it wasn't a knock on them or anything it just seems they do a lot more big projects and custom work is all. I wouldn't hesitate bringing my sled to them

My 860 is from Specialty/RK Tek. It works pretty damn good and no issues over 2 seasons. Handles an Etec no problem btw so you should be worried. Burns less fuel than my stocker too and not much more than the etec i ride with...ya figure that one out although RK Tek claims they are a more efficient engine.

For you guys that don't have a clue about Mountain Magic Ken does all the custom work and they have different techs for the everyday stuff they do lots of work from big bores to regular bolt ons as far as I'm conserned they are one of the best all around sled shops. they can get almost any product for sleds and have lots of parts in stock and can bring stuff in for atv"s and side by sides they are great to deal with would recommend them to anyone.

Yeah I've only heard good things about them. I guess I kinda assumed that with all the great customs you see coming out of there they would have spent lots of time for other things. I've never had to bring my sled in anywhere as its only a year old and the only mod I've done is put on a can.

So my buddy needs A motor for his rev and has a chance to get an rk trek 860 BB with dynoport y-pipe, pipe and the thing stinger, and vforce3 reeds. The guy had the kit put in and wrote the sled off the first weekend. He's willing to sell it for $1700. Good deal?

Feel free to call me anytime for setup info.. I actually still own my 2007 Rev 860..too good of sled to part with.. But the set up is critical..

Always good to see product support from a parts manufacturer. Thanks Kelsey. I've give you a call in a bit to chat and get some info.
