Im going to try the east canal of Brazeau Dam this weekend and do a little fishing. The west side of the dam is LOW! I haven't ran the boat since I bought it and want to go test the motor and kicker and Garmin chartplotter and get used to it before I poke the NSR. I'll be in a red Custom Weld if anyone else floats by...!

The ice is almost off Sylvan Lake too, fishing opens on the 15th.

Jeez, I thought I was the first! Lmao! 2004 Custom Weld Cobra, 5.7, AT312. Went from Genesee to Edmonton. My buddy who came with me had to call his wife to bring my truck and trailer as well as his boat down to the zoo to rescue us! Ankle deep! Lol he caught a ride to the Henday bridge with a couple really helpful dudes in a canoe then came up and pulled us off the bar! Then his boat blew a heater hose and I wound up towing him back! What an adventure! Can't wait to do it again! Weeeeoooo!

I went for a quick rip up the clearwater on saturday, dug a quad out of the river and everything. Then off to the store for..... refreshments!!! only had one fisherman cussin us out this time.

That must be quite the jab up to the Clearwater store.... I think I'm gonna practice up a bit and get some qt100 on the bottom and a stomp grate before I get too frisky lol!!

Good to know Chrisco, I'll keep that in mind! Hopefully the level comes up a bit before too long here!
