I ride with my 12yr old and 15yr old sons for about 6 years now, they continue to amaze me how quickly they learn the sport. The younger boy is on an old yamaha 340 and the older boy a 600 summit. It is enjoyable having them in the middle of the pack and watch them maneuver tricky obstacles, always surprise me what they can pull off. The older boy is definitely more interested but getting out together is what it is all about. So far snowmobiling is the only thing I have found that can pry them away from their screens!

Excellent stories which highlight for me what snowmobiling is all about! Enjoy your time riding with the little guys and just take a deep breath when it takes over an hour to get ready to ride as you're getting them all geared up. Soon they'll be helping dig you out and challenging you for who can do the coolest moves! I ride with my two teen boys and we have an absolute blast every time out. They've learned all kinds of life lessons during our sled trips (some a little earlier than their mother would have liked...LOL!) and we continue to develop one of the best relationships a father could want. Worth every penny and then some! Enjoy and ride safe!

lol. there usually sitting on the sleds waiting for me to start them... then for the nod that they are warm enough to rip. I get a kick out of watching them get stuck in the yard when they miss judged a turn and end up hung up on snow bank then try to pull out a sled 4 or 5 times there weight. they know what to do... just an unfair match. one of many unforgetable memories that keeps a guy going through the cold winter months.
