riding areas around vernon?

[ktm 13-44]

plan to do my first ride this season, and wanna explore around vernon. Anyone know of any good areas near vernon? maybe within a half hour of vernon?

possibly bringing a beginner with me. so some beginner trails would be nice, but a mix of the harder stuff for me if you got any suggestions?
