Stayed there with the family.. Nice play ground and good swimming. Heavy on the mosquito down along the river trails. I'd stay there again. Enchanted forest was fun.
Yes, just down the road from Malakwa a chinook word meaning mosquito 😜

Lol. Pretty hard not to use the brakes?

Probably have to do a few runs before a guy gets brave enough not to brake

Did the pipe coaster maybe 7-8 years ago now. Was with a buddy and he had done it before a couple times so had to man up and try and beat his time, no brakes, what a rush lol

I've stayed at Martha Creek campground and Williamson Lake campground. Martha is up near the turn to Sale Mt and on the lake. Pretty quiet, typical provincial campground. Swimming if you can handle the cold plunge, lol. Williamson is near town down by the airport...can bike ride to town (even this fat guy did) and the lake is much warmer. More of a "touristy" place, but stuff for kids to do.

Ended up at Crazy Creek. Outside of the train tracks. It's a pretty nice little spot. The hot pools are enjoyable. Save 20% by camping here.
Yesterday we did the suspension bridge and waterfall. It's fairly expensive to do but we enjoyed it. Both my daughter and my niece loved it.
We spent an afternoon in Eagle river swimming. A few spots It's over 6ft deep. Was pretty fun walk up stream a ways. And float back down stream. It's a good current.

Today we did the pipe coaster. Not knowing what we were getting into and not being able to agree on anything we all just purchased 1 ride. Make sure to book on line 24hrs in advance. Saves 20%.

I was planning on going no breaks. Ha ha. Rode the new rail. After the 1st colvert I changed my mind. And decided to use the breaks. It jars you pretty hard.

And even using the breaks I caught up to the woman in front of me pretty quickly. So about 3/4 of my ride was slow. My niece came down behind me pretty quick. Dad was lucky. They held him at the top a little longer so he never caught up to us.

My wife and daughter couldn't go
Cart only allows a max combined weight of 260. My 6.5 year old is 95lbs. None of us were light enough for her to double with us. And she's too young to send on her own.

Took mom and dad to the taco club for their Anniversary lunch.

Tomorrow is the enchanted forest. The Thursday morning we head back home. Back to work on Monday.

Didn't get to do a lot of the stuff I had wanted to or hoped to. But overall we had a blast.

You should take the north fork over to Seymour arm and hit the beach for the day and go back out on the gorge. I came In The north fork last night. It’s in pretty decent shape and there’s a fire at km45 you could have a weeny roast at
