Fuggin rights I do! Let me know if you find a solution!!! I'm looking at changing levers...I try running to the bar too, but every now and then you gotta let off  It's a bitchy throttle to 'work' when you're needing throttle control, nice if it was a bit more 'sensitive'...like me.;)

Every BRP sled I`ve had or riden has had a heavy throttle. I was told it had something to do with the type of carbs they use( it may have been BS), the springs were at a strong rate to make sure the sliders returned all the way and quickly when you let off the gas.

i deleted my oil injection. that made the throttle pull WAY easier. and i have a short throw lever and its easier than the stocker
dont really want to delete the oil injection...

I THINK I SAW THROTTLE LEVER EXTENSIONS AT ROYAL DISTRIBUTING OR ONE OF THE ON-LINE WAREHOUSES, AND I THINK EVEN SKI-D00 THEMSELVES HAD A PART AVAILABLE AT ONE TIME??? THAT WOULD ALLOW AN EASIER PULL? MY 1000RT HAS EFI, SO VERY LITTLE THROTTLE EFFORT, BUT THE 800 REV DOES HAVE A LITTLE MORE TENSION TO IT, FOR SURE............. THE OLDER ROUND SLIDE CARBS ARE EVEN WORSE THAN THE FLAT SLIDE CARBS LIKE IN THE REVS......... I REMEMBER SNOCHUK TELLING ME ABOUT A 2 STAGE THROTTLE LEVER HE GOT FROM SKI-DOO FOR HIS 670HO MXZ AND IT MADE THE FIRST PART OF THE PULL VERY EASY, THEN NORMAL FOR THE "TO THE BAR" PART OF IT..... MAYBE THAT WILL HELP. I THINK I EVEN CHECKED INTO IT ONCE, AND THE GUYS AT RIVERSIDE KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT(FOR MY OLD '99 670X SUMMITX)

I've got the powerblock on mine and it comes with a shorter thumb lever making it even harder, looking to put a longer lever on for leverage.
