Hi all. I'm in Central Alberta and newly retired. Last time on a snowmobile was around '67 or '68. Looking to ride snow trails and get the feel for it again.
I have a 2002 SX Viper 700 that I bought from a guy that kept it like brand new. Any guidance would be appreciated.

If you lived in Calgary this also retired guy would gladly head out to the trails with you.......there must be a club near you that you could check out?

welcome to retired life. BORED. i wish. but if your in your 60s and ride that sled much.. you might like one with reverse. we cant move those heavy things around like we used too. my latest 1984 440 Polaris is 370 lbs dry. add 6 gal of gas thats 430 can lift it..my last one was a 2004 Vertical edge 700 144 was 600 lbs ,couldnt lift that anymore.

I'm looking forward to retirement.
Been grooming my youngest daughter for years to take over for me. Hopefully by age 55 all I do is relax and never work another day in my life.

Those are nice sleds. I'ed have one in a heart beat, if age has slowed your blood that rocket will get it going again. Have fun, ride safe.

People actually still lift sled's LOL. Your OLD.....school. Time to come out of retirement and learn something new.

To be retired is a state of mind for people ready to pack it in, next come old age home and death. Never retire till then, enjoy what you can, retirement comes quick enough.
