pic's are still not back from being enhanced, a group of fisherman have stepped forward to say they only saw one group of quads go up that day and they were fishing all day on the Beaver. they can id at least 2 of the group. the CO's involved are serious about charging if the pic's will give us a plate, you can bet this would sure slow down the parade into the alpine if the fines were as big as they say they will charge with.
Will feel somewhat sorry for the families involved but you did the crime now it is time to do the time.

I feel no sympathy whatsoever for these asshats!! That alpine is a fragil environment. Some of those tiny insignificant bushes take 100 years to grow that little bit! The damage that was done is therefore very significant!
I'm sooooo tired of hearing of asshats like this riding in "out of bound" areas in both summer and winter.
I would truly like to know who they are so I could give them a little more personalized message as to their selfishness.

Does this not add fuel to the greenies fire upon us sledders? Why post this on the internet? Deal with the people who are involved, not on here. why are areas getting shut down....because the greenies use forums like this one to see whats going on. Now, that this problem has been broadcasted like so, anyone reading now knows that they can possibly get into alpine areas with there atv`s, when alot of people didnt know that before. Good job!

Why post this on the internet?

I think people are more worried about catching flak from their peers than they are worried about getting caught by the fish cops. Broadcasting details about 1 group of knobs may keep 5 more groups from busting into the alpine with their quads, wherever it may be.

Pls read bbtyos posts about pretty much making the trail impassable after this is all over, then understand that no one is going to go motoring into the alpine without doing a lot of work and passing a lot of signs that say not to.

This thread is here because the "greenies" will use this ch!t against us regardless if we hide it or not. I'm sick and tired of the motorized community hiding behind fear of the greenies and what they "might" do and sick and tired of sheltering other people who can't seem to use the internet for anything other than looking at porn. People can use the internet to find lots of information on where they can and can't ride. Besides, riding past a sign that says "No Riding" does not take internet research. "They" are closing riding areas regardless, so the longer we keep hiding in fear the more we are going to lose. Police yourselves or lose it. The govt is done babysitting the motorized users.
