I am not a doctor but i did a little snooping around on the internet, the tim hortons website, and redbull website and can. That tim hortons your sipping on has more caffeine and sugar than a regular sized can of redbull. One small cup of coffee has anywhere from 85 or more mg of caffine. While a can of redbull has 80 mg of caffeine. So all those advocates against redbull, can suck it. This does not on the other hand include drinks like nos, monster, and rockstar. So sorry guys.

What about all the other crap Red Bull has in it?

My 2 cups of coffee a day are just fine thank you. After that it is water, fresh mountain creek water and when the riding is finished it's a Kokanee, Guiness, or a Lemon Hart!

Ya, I'm a little old fashioned.....just saying:beer::beer::beer:

I can hardly stand drinking red bull anymore. Buddy of mine bought a flat of it from Costco and we downed all of it within a couple hours. Never again.

Woke up shaking once from an evening of jagerbombs. Worst hangover ever. Haven't touched the redbull stuff yet.

It is the younger generations ciggerettes, sure, we know they may be bad, but we don't know how bad yet.

I drink it in moderation, i have one maybe once every two weeks. And its not like i binge drink them. I have them whenever i go to a buddies place, or else when i go for a hard day of sledding. Im 6'2 and 185 pounds so its not like it wires me right up.

hahah i had 22 or 23 redbull vodkas one night at the rippers in edmonton, do the math, thats 11-12 redbulls. Needless to say, at about 1-130ish, i felt like chit, heart rate was all over the place and anxiety was starting to kick in. I wont even mention how I felt the next morning.

Oh and im only like 5'9 and 145lbs on a good day

Two redbulls have the same effect on your liver as drinking a 40oz of whiskey , according to my Dr.

Good luck with the liver man....keep drinking energy drinks, you'll need it

Liver regenerates itself over time.
