Recalibrating speedo on my truck

What have most of you guys done/used to correct the speedometer on your trucks after changing tire sizes? I'm running a 2011 F350 and my speedo is out by about 10kmh

An H@S tuner will let you correct up to 34.1" diameter. Do you have a diesel?

You don't have a chip in that fancy truck?Most of them will calibrate for tire size.

Yes it's a diesel

Nope no chip yet still got a couple more years of warranty.

I got to stop by Denny Andrews ford some day and inquire with them, they supposedly sell hypertec tuners and hypertec makes just a speedo recalibator. If it will affect the warranty.

Leave it wrong,then when you get a speeding ticket you say"what???My speedo must be off,I better get it calibrated"usually gets you out of one(only works once though)

You will also get added warranty time if you dont fix the speedo.

Depends on what way its out lol .

If you take it to the dealership i believe they can reset it but they will prolly charge out the ass for it ... be cheaper to get a chip

It's slow when the speedo say 110km it's actually 100km.
I went from the stock 275-65R20 to
285-55R20 toyo open country at2 extreme

Nope It will work once with each cop. lol

Drove a sound car for two years and was always late getting to shows car came with 14" rims and we put 18" on it with low profile tires. Everytime i got stopped i played dumb and said they just put these effin wheels on yesterday and i have no idea how fast i was going. lol
