rear skid grease nipples all pull out

we just got 09 m8 and trying to grease the rear skid the dame grease nipples pull out when you remove the grease gun. anyone have a fix for this....thanks

Yup buddy's did the same, tapped out with larger size thread nipple works.

Had the same thing happen to my 06 M7. After trying JB Weld etc i have come to the conclusion that i will need to weld a small piece of tubing over the hole and retap. The stock tubing is a little too thin and has only a couple of threads holding the grease zerk. If anyone has some better ideas let us know. Thanks.

i believe those are push in fittings with a small weld.

I had the same thing happen. Ended up threading a new zerk into a nut and welded the nut onto the shaft, works well.

Happen'd on my 08 M8....dealer just tacked it on....so far the HCR has been good, just greased it a few hours ago!!
