Saw this one on Facebook earlier. Guy was only running 35psi on the front shock though. Not sure if that's a factor.
I had the bolt mostly drilled out but now the easy out is broken inside and I can't drill that thing out for the life of me.
There is no easy way around that broken extractor. Take the whole thing apart to the last component that needs attention. Between an oxy/acetylene fine tip torch, drill press and very expensive bits you might be able to salvage the rail. Not really a field type repair. Not including repairing thread or installing a helicoil. Take it back to you're dealer and let them deal with it. Make sure they replace everything back to new. No point in you spending your time and money on something they should be covering.

Warranty. Just replace the rail. I wouldn’t have even bothered drilling it out.
