Thinking about buying a rtm house anyone have any experience with them good or bad pros cons over stick built good brands

Stay the fawk away from American built. I'm happy with the two I've had. Completely customizable. I landed mine on top of an ICF walkout basement. Cozy warm.

I just finished one it turned out well lots of headaches and things you don't think about at least that's how it went for me I got mine from nelson rtm homes in Highriver.

They are good.Especialy if you live in the country as most contractors hate driving out of town for work.we ordered ours and went every two weeks to check progress and make changes if needed.very well built home..Saved a lot by doing our own basement too..they delivered,moved onto basement and within a week everything was hooked up by ourselves and 15 years later still no regrets..
