Lots of opinions over on blowest, in his blog he likes the 800 for sure but not so keen on the 1100T steering to be specific. Also some video on youtube search sledhead 2012 if this does not hyperlink. After reading the blog and watch the video at 3:44 I am not sold on the 1100, they try to side hill and throw the 1100 over and it keeps trying to drop flat, the doo and poo both look waaay better to throw around. Rider has to hang twice as far off the 1100 to get the same output / carve as the others.

holy smokes he is putting alot of effort into that sled to make it stay sideways!!!

yeah sort of looks like he needs to put alot of effort. I don't have to put that much effort even on my 08 XP!

Otherwise looks awesome!

just watching his older videos on the M compared to that proclimb it sure looks like hes struggling with it. they even cut the video where he lost a sidehill. that NEVER happened in any of his other footage. then again it is still a learning curve for him

since its a new chassis thats said to be lighter shouldnt it be easier to ride? does look like hes putting forth lots of effort to keep it sideways, i do like the new technology in the cats but ergonomically im not sure what to think just yet..?

Keep in mind that video was shot in 4 feet of powder, as they stated. Boondocking in 4 feet compared to 2 or 3 is a lot more difficult. IMHO.

I plan on upgrading my M7 to 2012 M800SP so, for me, I should be very happy :d with all the improvements in power, suspension, etc... Comparing 2011 to 2012 may be a more difficult decision when upgrading.

The 1100t is very tempting, but is it a boondocker?

My dealer will have a 2012 to ride on the 17th of April so I am praying for powder and possibly some seat time (yeah right. ha)
