rails on rear skid

I have an 09 M8 HCR and i recently bent the rails on it, i am wondering if it is possible to change the rails out without removing the rear skid? Any advice would be great.

its possible but would be a lot of work why not just pull out the skid loosen the track and remove the skid bolts 4 I believe never owned a AC have done it many times ask a friend to help

Way easier to pull the skid.
