rad relocate

hey question for all you guys do you have to raise your rad cap as well when you do a relocate or can you leave it where it is and the water pump will eventually pump water through the system as you keep adding more water any info is greatly appreciated

I used the RDC relocate kit. My rad cap is on the rad and the overflow jug is mounted beside the rad

If you don't raise the cap I don't think you will be able to fill the system completely.
